How long does delivery take?

We usually ship your order within 1–5 working days. During periods of high demand, it may occasionally take a little longer.

Can I cancel/return my order?

Cancellation

You can cancel your order by emailing our customer support with your order number and name. Please note, we can only cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.

Returns

Parcel not received / damaged / defective

❌ Haven’t received your parcel, or it arrived damaged or defective? We’ve got you covered 🙂

  1. Damaged or lost parcel:

    Please email us with a photo of the parcel showing the damage. We’ll take care of everything and either send you a replacement or refund your purchase.
  2. Defective product:

    In this case, simply describe the defect to us and, ideally, provide a photo/video as proof. Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll refund your purchase.
  3. Incorrect delivery address provided:

    If you accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please contact your local delivery service (DHL, Hermes, DPD etc.) and request redelivery. Unfortunately, we cannot intervene as you are the designated recipient. Any reshipping costs would need to be covered by you.
